Gotta get my Spark back! (Maybe TMI, and not for the squeamish)

I've been off the Spark, sadly, for about 3 months now. I was doing really well, until I had a flare-up of an ovarian cyst, and found out I would have to have surgery. Plus, the constant pain from the cyst made it impossible to do my exercise routine, and the bloating made me not fit into my new smaller sized clothing any more. All that put together, and, well, I just felt defeated.
Then, after everyone telling me how the laparoscopic surgery would be no big deal, the recovery turned out to be really hard. The "cyst" turned out to be advanced endometriosis, with more than 40 lesions or adhesions throughout my abdominal cavity. It turned out the pain I'd been experiencing was probably partly from one of my ovaries being twisted around and attached to the back of my uterus with scar tissue. (Guys: think of a kick in the you-know-whats every time you move.)
But, enough of the sob story. Yeah, my abs are jelly. Yeah, I've put 10 pounds back on. Yeah, I ate a whole can (Big Stack!) of Pringles in the car yesterday. So what? I am done with the excuses, and will start tracking again TODAY. I will start exercising again TODAY -- even if it's 15 minutes. Even if it's 5 minutes. But I WILL DO IT!
