just weighed myself for the first time in i don't know how long...i knew i had gained, but i was definitely in denial about how much. i am now at my highest weight ever. EVER. i'm in a state of shock....i guess this is my rock bottom that i had to hit. i was already feeling horrible from the poor food choices i was consistantly making, but it is obvious to me now that it's time to change....on to a healthier lifestyle.

Hey, you should know to start small. All over this site they tell you to start with tracking your food, getting used to doing that, then adding in more goals and exercise. Don't get discouraged!!! You CAN lose weight! You will have to work at it, this is not easy. BUT YOU CAN!

    Good Morning,
I am so sorry for the "sticker" shock after weighing yourself.

Just to let you know, I have "sticker" shock every time I weigh myself.

Try not to worry about that part, just work on what you can. Keep trying, and never give up. emoticon

Good morning! Yes, it's good! You have come to a conclusion today that can/will make a difference in your life. Let SP work for you. Committ! Get Sparkpoints daily, drink the water, learn how to track your food (this is what has made the difference for me this time), and continue to blog. I felt that taking the time to do all this was a waste, but not now that I've lost over 50#'s. I AM worth it. It wasn't all that hard for me and if I can do it, so can you. I'm older and it isn't easy for me to exercise. emoticon UR emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon mary
