Day 1 - 3/Week 11 Turbo Fire

My back is still not feeling 100% healed. It hurts at different times, and especially if I'm sitting too long in one spot and if that spot is not level. Anyway, I thought I would give it a try and do TF on Saturday. I did Sculpt 30 and HIIT 25. I believe when I hurt myself 2 1/2 weeks ago, I was doing some HIIT 25 moves, so I was really careful on the jumping stuff. I didn't quite work up a huge sweat, but I got a little. Sunday is my regular Rest Day so I took that. This afternoon, I did Fire 45 and Stretch 10 and I feel fine. It felt the best when I was doing twisting moves. I work at the Welcome Center tomorrow, Wednesday and half a day Thursday, so I will do my workouts the next couple days after I get home (I get off at 6 p.m.). It sure feels good to be back working out and not just walking and stretching :)
