End of my 12 week self challenge

I have reached the end of my twelve week challenge against myself. Here are the results! Starting measurements are on the left, ending are on the right. Body measurements are in inches.

I lost 7 pounds of fat, and gained 4 pounds of lean mass. This tells me that the scale is not an accurate measure of success. I just kept telling myself every time I stepped on the scale that I am a fat burning machine, and the number wasn't telling me everything that was happening with my body.
I am pretty pleased with the results, especially since I didn't always track what I was eating. I am happy to say that I was very consistent with my exercise. My goals for the next 12 weeks are to get down to 18 % bodyfat, or less, while maintaining my lean mass, and shrink my waistline down to 32 inches or less. I also want to be able to run 5 miles with out stopping. I will accomplish these goals by January 8, 2011! I will keep you posted on the journey!
