Chalean is awesome!

I decided to finally crack the Chalean open. I was so excited once I started, I ordered turbofire too! I wasn't sure which to do, so I decided to do both: with the help of other members, I am doing a hybrid - 3 days of lifting, three days of cardio with stretching afterwards.
I see I need to go heavier with my weights - so I need to buy new ones soon. I've been using 5 and 10 and I don't feel the screaming pain she keeps on talking about, so I am going to get new ones.
The stretching is a big deal.
I realized how tight I am all the time, especially in the shoulder and upper back area. Probably from sitting by the computer for so many hours a day!
