Chalean is awesome!

I decided to finally crack the Chalean open. I was so excited once I started, I ordered turbofire too! I wasn't sure which to do, so I decided to do both: with the help of other members, I am doing a hybrid - 3 days of lifting, three days of cardio with stretching afterwards.

I see I need to go heavier with my weights - so I need to buy new ones soon. I've been using 5 and 10 and I don't feel the screaming pain she keeps on talking about, so I am going to get new ones.

The stretching is a big deal.

I realized how tight I am all the time, especially in the shoulder and upper back area. Probably from sitting by the computer for so many hours a day!

    Wow... you must be pretty strong, because I felt this workout with 2 & 3lbs... even without weights I got a good workout... but this is too much for me right now... I am going to build up to this and maybe do one CLX workout per week from the Burn Circuit for awhile to see how I feel.

    You are doing great... Oh, and I have Turbo Fire too, and I love it!...
