Week 3/Day 1

I am disappointed that I have only lost 3 pounds in two weeks after all this work and diligence in sticking to the nutrition and fitness plans. I signed on for the "10 pounds in October," but I don't think that will be a happening thing. I thought it could happen the first month, but apparently not. We are already midway through the month and I'm only down 3 lbs. I know it will eventually come off, but I'm thinking my target date of the end of April might have been a little too ambitious. Rats.
