Family get together, part 2

So the get together went well. Surprisingly enough there was a lot of healthy choices!
I got to skip quite a few high calorie dishes and had lots of veggies and some turkey slices.
Then came the dessert table. One of my all time favorites---CHEESECAKE. I was so tempted!
But I opted out, had some strawberries and cantaloupe. Then on of the members was a little bit late brought in mini whoopie pies---by mini I mean about the size of a quarter! Perfect for me and the unforgiving sweet tooth I sometimes have!
So look at that...I made some very good choices, and yet I did not deprive myself. We all know that true deprivation can lead to mass binging (at least for some of us)
