My get-back-to-it plan!

Here's my plan for this week. I've decided that maybe writing it all down, even though there's a ton of it, might help me stay on track better. Please DO check in with me throughout the week to see how I'm doing. I'm lucky this week, in that my students are on Fall break, therefore I have Thursday/Friday off for a bit of needed relaxation! :)

Sunday:
Homework
Volleyball practice with my DH
Homework
Grading
Weights: Arms

Monday:
Work 7-5
Run 5-6
Grade/Homework 6-9

Tuesday:
Swim 6-7am
Work 7a-7:30p (parent teacher conference night)

Wednesday:
Work 7-4:30
Class 4:30-9

Thursday:
Run 8am
Homework/Grading
Spend time with my hubby

Friday:
Gym: 1.5 hours (weights: abs and elliptical)
Homework/Grading
Hubby time!

Saturday:
Run: 9am

Total: 6 hours cardio
Weights: 1 hour

Nutrition Goals this week:
1. Calorie range 1800-2200 each day this week
2. Fruits/Veggies at every meal: at least 5 servings/day
3. Limit sweet treats: twice this week
4. Drink 80 oz+ water/day
