Well basically I have slacked off on everything. I have not worked out in weeks, I am doing ok with food not bad but I could do better. worst of all I am slacking with my school work and i have never let this happen. I know the main problem has to do with my job and living at home with my parents. I work as a teacher assistant/ office assistant at a elementary school and right now due to the cut backs we are understaffed so besides my hours being cut several teacher assistants have lost their jobs and as a result the ones who are left are being over worked. I used to work in 2 classrooms for 1.5 hours each and work in the office for the other 4 hours but has a result of the cut backs I am now working in 3 classrooms for a hour each and then suppose to work in the office for the other 2 hours but instead i am on the yard supervising kids doing lunch because there are not enough people to watch them. The other half have to do with living at home with my parents. I have been going to the gym but due to my work and school schedule I a need to squeeze work outs in at home the fact is I have to wait until every one is sleep because that is the only time the tv is free. I am planning to start back up doing 1 mile walk video on on demand the nights I can't get to the gym or too tired to go to the gym. 20 minutes is better then nothing. I know I can do this. i love the gym/ working out it is just a matter of taking the time out to do it. My mind and body will thank me.
