Monthly goals

1. Exercise 250 minutes per week.
This week, I surpassed it by 20 minutes. Yay!

2. Yoga at least 3 times per week.
Missed it by 1.

3. Finish curriculum for Intermediate Photo class that I'll be teaching.
One presentation out of three is done.

4. Try 2 new sparkpeople recipes per week.
I made three new recipes this week.

5. Try to get 8 hours of sleep at least 4 nights per week.
Missed it by 1.

    I think these are great goals and I am glad you are able to hit them so well! Awesome that you are teaching a photo class! Are you a professional photographer? The photos you posted in your SP album are beautiful!
