Okay, I'm definitely feeling a lot of pressure about losing the rest of this weight. I'm making it more about the scale than anything!! While I'll continue to get on the scale weekly, I'm going to start enjoying the weight I've already lost and stop complaining about the fact that I haven't lost much in the last 2 months! I hit the 170s at the end of August, it is now almost the end of October and I'm only 3 lbs down! Clearly I'm not going to make my goal to be 160 by my birthday on November 14th, but I'm setting a new goal! I want to get down to 160 by Jan.1st. If I don't make it...Oh well! I'm just going to set the goal and go for it anyway! Time to enjoy the 40+ lbs that I've already lost.
