Well, I'm about to get up and workout. I GOTTA get my eating back in check. Seems like I'm getting some belly fat!
. Weight Watchers to the rescue! I don't actually join, i just follow their plan that I had once I joined. I still have all the materials. :)
I've been lacking on my interval exercises. For the past two weeks. I've only been getting in one time a week. This is what's has made a difference in the change in my body so I got to get back to that.
I'll have a restful weekend. My son is away for the weekend.
Should I eat first or workout first? I'm always unsure about that.
