Belly Fat!

Well, I'm about to get up and workout. I GOTTA get my eating back in check. Seems like I'm getting some belly fat! emoticon. Weight Watchers to the rescue! I don't actually join, i just follow their plan that I had once I joined. I still have all the materials. :)

I've been lacking on my interval exercises. For the past two weeks. I've only been getting in one time a week. This is what's has made a difference in the change in my body so I got to get back to that.

I'll have a restful weekend. My son is away for the weekend.

Should I eat first or workout first? I'm always unsure about that.

    Don't know how I missed this blog :(( I still have trouble with belly fat even though I am at goal weight. very frustrating. It was always hard to get it off there and still is. I can't afford to lose any more weight that is for sure. Some people think I have lost too much already, but don't realize I am very, very fine boned, more than anyone they have ever seen. My hands look like a child's next to a normal adult.
    I always have an energy bar at least a 1/2 hour before I workout to get some fuel in to get the metabolism cranked up. Car can't run on an empty engine, and you are empty first thing in the morning..

    Hello. Your title sure did attract my attention, Belly fat is a big problem for me but I'm being proactive because I want to be fit and firm all over. The belly seems like it just calls out for all those extra calories to settle down as fat in our stomachs. I hate it but I'm smiling because it's already conquered. Once you put it in your mind to get your eating in check and work on that belly fat you were already a winner. emoticon Keep moving forward and attacking those areas that are lacking You can do it and I am cheering you on with so many more.     If I'm going to the gym I eat first. If I'm doing my morning home work outs I eat after. Exercise TV has been working well for me lately

    Enjoy your weekend, whether you eat or not before workout I don't know I had a long walk this morning and ate after I got back. Have a great day. emoticon
