It has been a great day. Feeling good physically and staying positive mentally. I've been using Visalus shakes for breakfast and dinner and eating a sensible lunch and 2 snacks. Lots of water too, in fact that's all I've been drinking. Haven't "weighed in" and am trying to keep from doing so until next weekend. I tend to get discouraged so I need to give my scale less power by stepping on it only a couple times a month. I continue to learn more and more about myself and realize that much of the weight loss process is a mental game for me, which is a contributing factor to my losing and gaining the same 10 pounds.
