Oct 30 min workout madness #3

This is post #3 for the October 30 min workout challenge.

The rules are simple: Work out 30 minutes a day (can do any form of exercise, so walking, crawling, swimming, elliptical, biking, etc are all acceptable) every day for the month of October.

    Looking cute! ;) I think your challenge is a great idea... however, I won't commit... my sat and sun are my lazy days. lol
