A little better...

Good Morning Spark Friends. I woke up this morning after a good night's sleep feeling a little better than yesterday. I hope this means that I might be on the upswing after being sick for three, now four, days. I was so excited about getting back into SparkPeople and the program, but I've been too sick to do much other than drink the fluids and stay away from really bad foods (which isn't hard because my body has zero cravings right now). I have a personal trainer that I work out with three times a week but have had to miss two days this week. I can't wait until I feel better so that I can get back on track again. But for today, more fluids and rest.

    It is always better to be 100% before going all out. Get all the rest you need, and during this time think about your goals.

    Sounds good... Just rest up! Drink your water & watch soap operas all day long haha! You will be back with you PT in no time! Gary came home early today which throws a loop in my day but I am going to make sure that I get everything I need to accomplished!
