back in the swing of things

Well I'm back. I had my baby in August A boy who knew. and he is beautiful. Now its time to get back in shape I have started a little. I need to get me diet under control to a more healthy one. And try to pickup my exercise a little but the only time i have are when both babies are sleeping (my 19mo & 2mo). but that does not always happen at the same time. but im down to 167lbs since I had the baby and would like to get down to 150lbs but I guess i have to work harder. But i do stay a lot more active with 2 kids to chase after emoticon

    Congratulations on your baby boy! My wife is due next month. Having little ones around make it a special challenge to working out, but you can do it!

    Stay focus and positive about your goal. Use the babies to help exercise, let them be your resistance in sit-ups. They will love it and see the fun in it. Be blessed and love your little ones. emoticon
