Sooo how did I go yesterday?

I tracked wot neede to be tracked emoticon

I stayed within range for food (bit under actually) emoticon

I never got around to doing any exercising though emoticon. I got some excuses for ya, if ya want 'em, sure I do, COURSE I do, who don't, but I'm not even going to bother with writing them down cos as you and I both know, they are BOLLOCKS.

Instead of trotting out the ol' excuses, I'm just gonna make today a better day! In some ways this is quite easy cos I am not scheduled to do any exercise today anyways and am at work for 13 hours so can't go do any...hummm...I might print out that office exercise thing and go do it in the copy room!

In other ways it's hard cos Wednesday's always a challenge - I eat at work and they order take out - not a vegetable to be seen and no input as to what's ordered. So I reckon I better nip out and buy something healthy so I don't get tempted!

    do some squats when you go to the restroom! or lunges!
    throw some punches around, jump in place... you can do it!
