Husband's TDY...making the best of it!

My husband left for North Carolina yesterday, so I'm making the best of it today. I already miss him like crazy, but I started back on my fitness track tonight. I ran 2 extra miles in addition to our new Crossfit PT. I feel pretty good, and plan to keep this up. I'd like to lose 5 pounds by the time he comes home Nov. 1st!
