emoticon Last week I did not do so well sticking to my eating plan. gross. thats how i feel now! hahaha

But Monday I managed to do alright...and as far as today im right on track...water aerobics tonight with friends... should keep me motivated to have one solid good day! emoticon

    Water aerobics is always fun. You can laugh, exercise and have a smile after your workout. I fall off the eating plan too. Stress triggers cause it. Recognizing them, pick your self up and get back on your road to success is all up to you. emoticon
