Boot Camp & Vitamins

Yesterday I tried to donate blood - but my iron was too low. Eating well balanced is a bit of an issue for me, and I have not taken vitamins in ages. (Have a bottle on my kitchen window sill, almost full, with a sell by date of 6/09.) I had to take iron supplements with my 3rd pregnancy. I was not exactly shocked... As of this morning, I am taking a women's multi + an iron supplement.

Also yesterday, I received $50 in birthday cash from my mother in law. And this morning I received an email offer from a local fitness company offering reduced pricing for a month of boot camp. $59 for 4 1-hr sessions each week, for 4 weeks. I bought. I'm a bit intimidated, knowing it will be good for me but also knowing I will REALLY have to work. Wish me luck!!
