January 10th, 2007 - Getting specific goals

I just recently had this realization. That I needed to be a lot more specific about my goals and how I was going to achieve them. As a result of this realization I am choosing to start the program over at stage one and set very specific goals for myself and make a plan of action toward getting to those goals.

In the past I think I may have been just kind of doing whatever I felt like doing as long as it keep me within my ranges and seemed to be working. I want to set limits for myself and goals and then fulfill them.

So as of today I am going back to stage 1 and beginning again from the beginning. A new year, new goals and a new beginning. No hurry it will happen if I keep doing what I'm doing now.

I want to get there ASAP. But I know it will take some time. So I already shortened my weight loss goal to 250 lbs.. Once there then I can add the next phase of weight loss goals down.

I want ro get this right once and for all. I'm not trying to prove anything to anyone except myself. I am doing this for me and because I want to live and be healthy.
