October is my month

I have been struggling the past couple of months trying to make time for me. Football is winding down for my boys (they both made play-offs emoticon). I am taking back control of my health. Yet again I have not gained any weight but I have not lost any in 2 months either.

I made a little goal for myself. Some girlfriends and I are planning a trip to www.tenthousandwaves.com

in December. I last saw these friends about 6 months ago maybe. I was at my heaviest weight ever at that time. In fact there was a picture taken of me at that time that was sort of my wake up call. I have lost about 23 pounds since then and I am going to try to lose another 20 before that trip. It gives me just over 2 months and I *know* I can do it.

Instead of focusing on where I should be by now, I am just going to concentrate on my goal. I have come so far and I am going to focus on that.
