Well, I am just half way through my first spark challenge. It is a challenge to track nutrition, and fitness minutes with a weekly weigh in. We started 6 weeks before Halloween and I am doing great! The final weigh in is on Halloween and I hope to have dropped more lbs.! If I knew how helpful it was to do a challenge, I would have done it a long time ago. I look forward to more challenges when I finish this one.
