I feel like last week was really good, and so this week should be good also. :)
Official cardio plan/goal for the week: 5 days @ 30-40 minutes on either the treadmill or outside depending on the weather... Would like to be able to jog for .5 miles in one stretch by the end of the week. And on Sunday, hike Kennesaw Mtn again.
Tonight we head to Red Lobster to celebrate both mine & my daughter's birthdays. Looking forward to grilled salmon. :)
