Looking forward to another good week!

I feel like last week was really good, and so this week should be good also. :)

Official cardio plan/goal for the week: 5 days @ 30-40 minutes on either the treadmill or outside depending on the weather... Would like to be able to jog for .5 miles in one stretch by the end of the week. And on Sunday, hike Kennesaw Mtn again.

Tonight we head to Red Lobster to celebrate both mine & my daughter's birthdays. Looking forward to grilled salmon. :)

    Oooh, water is another issue for me. I am actively making sure to drink water every day - just have not committed to a set # of cups LOL. I know, that is taking the easy way out...

    Hope you have an amazing week and accomplish your goals! My goals this week is to increase my water every day by at least 1 cup and work out at least 30 minutes every day this week also :)
