I don't feel as if this is starting again, I feel like this is a reminder- track your food. Write it down. Stay involved. Drink more water. All these things are so important for success, almost as important as the exercise. I want my health. I want vitality. I want a hot sexy slammin' bod, actually, but not sure how that will work out, being, ya know, middle aged and all...lol
It's going pretty well, done better with work, because I have been tracking it more closely, so I think now I can add in tracking food/exercise better. I do have to say, I need to make ME a priority, and stop putting myself on the back burner.
