It's been a tough day for me and I'll be glad to be back in the normal routine of the week. I've just wanted to eat all day, not because I'm hungry, but because I'm bored and because the food that is available in my house is delicious. It's not even bad food for P2! I have tomatoes from my garden that I just want to devour, and peaches and apples from the market! Broccoli and green beans have an appeal too! I just want to eat way too much of it!

Ugh! I'm afraid of this day showing on the scale tomorrow, but know that it's a consequence of my choices. I'll be happy at this point to have gained no more than 2 pounds!

    I finished my first round of hcg at the beginning of august and was able to lose 25.2 pounds but it is hard and the food options get old quickly. Try to stick with it and you should be rewarded with great results. I was just looking on the slc team and saw ur post. Are you a member of the hcg support group also? It's really a great team! emoticon
