I just finished my (probably) first ever 5+ mile jog... As a sprinter, this is really a huge stepping stone for me. I've always admired long distance runners and I can almost consider myself one. I feel really great. Who cares if I'm incapable of losing anymore weight? A non-fit person wouldn't have been able to do that.

Who would've known 10/10/10 would be kinda lucky :)
