Progress on October goals

Progress so far on my October goals:
1. Exercise 250 minutes per week.
No excuses--I need to step it up next week on this goal. I missed this goal by half. Not good.
2. Yoga at least 3 times per week.
Missed it by 1. See comments on goal 1.
3. Finish curriculum for Intermediate Photo class that I'll be teaching.
Still working on it.
4. Try 2 new sparkpeople recipes per week.
Okay, this one I rocked. Made 2 new casseroles, which provided lunch and dinner for a few days. Cooler weather makes me want to spend more time in the kitchen.
5. Try to get 8 hours of sleep at least 4 nights per week.
Did very well on this one. I completed the sleep challenge a while ago, but noticed that I was slipping back into short-changing myself on sleep. More sleep= more energy and less yawning at work.
