6 week challenge

I'm going to take on a challenge from 10/10 (today) through 11/17 (the last day of our Biggest Loser challenge at work) not to weigh myself. I've become sort of a compulsive weigher, and I need to stop focusing on the scale and start taking notice to the other ways I'm getting healthier. I'm posting my measurements, and I will take and post measurements every week, but I'm not allowed to weigh myself after today until 11/17. I'm even having my husband hide the scale.
