WIN Week 2 Challenge: A Holiday Wish

This week's challenge is to make a holiday wish and the steps we are going to take to make it happen. My holiday wish is to become more consistent with the following pieces of a healthy lifestyle: consistently exercising, tracking my food and choosing different activities to bring variety to exercise and food.
In order to accomplish this, I am going to start focusing on one aspect and then once I feel that I am comfortable with keeping it up- I will add something else to my regimen.
-do 5 days of cardio and 3 days of strength training. I did this last week and I believe I can do it again this week. KEY: Make sure I get min of 6hours of sleep each night or this is difficult
- slowly start tracking food. Next weeks goal is to track my food for 3 day and each week I will increase the days. KEY: Plan food ahead of time and actually take a list when making groceries.
- To chang e up my exercise- I will add Zumba to the mix. Next Wednesday, I will attend a Zumba class. In addition, I am signing up to take a free bellydance class at the end of the month. Food wise- I am going to start planning complete meals (at least once a month) that center around a food that I normally do not eat.

Bonus: The challenge bonus was to find some exercise that you could do while traveling over the holidays. I bought Rodney Yee's yoga workout DVD and performed them twice this week.
