A co-worker just suggested that Chinese sounds good for lunch. WHAT TO EAT??!?! I have limited my consumption of food establishment meals since July, and the few times I have gone out, it's never been to Chinese. THEY BREAD and TEMPURA everything!!

So, I need to figure out something to eat. I'm thinking Kung Pao chicken maybe? No rice? I'm so lost!! I'm not very picky, so I'll take any suggestions (and sodium count isn't a big deal for me).

    Lots of salad, plenty of water and small servings of what you like. I find it helps me to limit myself to three entrées if it's a buffet. If it's not, either have 1/2 of it boxed before you eat or this is a great time to challenge yourself to visually divide the food in half and only eat half. Hope you do (or did-just got on my web page at 1:20) well. emoticon
