Back to Basics

I gained another 1.2 lbs this week! I haven't had a lose since my birthday last month. I'm going toget back to tracking my points religiously!!! I can't gain the weight that I have worked so hard to take off!
I normally work out on the treadmill everyday. I think I will do something different because my left knee has really been hurting. I take ibuprofen and put ice on my knee. I can't quit working out, but, I can make some modifications. I need to get back to taking my spin classes. My knees never bothered me while I was on the bike. The only problem is that the class starts at 5:15 a.m. Oh lord!! I could attend the 5:30 p.m. class, but, I really prefer working out in the morning. You never know what comes up in the afternoon. I'm back to basics!
