10/7/10 Stress Busters: Week Two Discussion

Well, this was a busy stressful week. I did not have/take the time to exercise because, as usual, things came up and I was also focusing on getting caught back up on my homework. I did not start my goal of taking a 15-minute walk every day for these reasons. It is so hard to do all of the things I want to do with a schedule like mine. I want to exercise, but homework always takes precedence. As far as taking time at night to relax by reading, I have been doing that. It is a nice end to a long day. I have not had any moments this past week where I needed to implement an emergency calm-down technique. I have been much less stressed at work this week than I used to be, which is also one of the goals I set for myself. I am realizing that there is only so much I can do in so much time at work, and I can't stress myself out over things I can't do. I am getting a little behind on keeping up with this challenge because I don't have much time to spend online, so I hope it's okay that I will take more than the normal four weeks!
