I am stronger than I give myself credit for!

So, about 6 weeks ago I started exercising at a gym, with a personal trainer. Prior to that I have been swimming, biking, walking, and some running. I had lost 30lbs in just three months.
Back to the trainer, I have found a wonderful fit. I am incredibly challenged. Today she had me do an exercise circuit that she had me try my first week. It was an epic fail back then, couldn't even come close to accomplishing it. Well, today I rocked it! I was apprehensive going into it. I hadn't done similar exercises since the first week---she knew I could do it but I wasn't so sure.
I finished that circuit with my heart pounding and the sweat rolling but I finished it!
In addition to the fantastic workouts and support I have also lost 17lbs in the 6 weeks I've been working out there!
