So Frustrated!

Thursday, October 07, 2010

Ok, Jan 2010 I started this endeavor... at 180lbs. By my wedding in April- I had managed to get to 166lbs! Yet still needed to lose another 16 from that weight. But the pictures were gorgeous and I was starting to feel better about myself. From April 2010 until today...I've managed to put on 10lbs... :(

My goal is 150lbs. Thats what I envision daily in my head...thats what I know I can reach and be comfortable at. Yet... I can't seem to get there. Im starting over from now until Christmas...

I am in need of motivation- when it comes to food- I exhibit NO willpower at all. Afterwards I just feel pathetic for not having more common sense or control.

help!

You can do it! Use the nutrition log to keep you headed on the right track. Good luck.

Are you tracking what you eat? I find putting it on the tracker helps keep me from overeating! emoticon

Plan each meal and take each day meal by meal. It will be hard to choose to eat healthy....but it gets easier once you see results.
there are days like today that I didn't want my cereal for breakfast and I don't want to eat my salad for lunch. But thats what I have here at work to eat so I am stuck eating that.
