The Challenge this week is WE CAN


Starts Thursday night at midngiht and runs through Tuesday night at midnight

W - WALK 5 points for each 20 min. (limit 60 min - 15 points)
E - EAT 5 fruits/vegetable = 5 points

C - CORE 12 reps per set = 1 point per set (limit 5 sets a day- 5 points)
A - ARMS 12 reps per set 1 point per set
(limit 5 sets per day - 5 points; may do more than one of each set)
N -NITRATE 1 point per glass of water - up to 10 per day

Possible points 40 points

W - T (5) F (5) S (5) S (10) M(0) T(10) = 35
E - T (5) F (5) S (0) S (5) M(0) T(5) = 20

C - T (5) F (2) S (0) S (0) M(0) T(0) = 7
