Goals for October

Okay, I am finally settling back into a healthier routine after my "no carb left behind" August. Before my summer break I could look at a delicious cookie or candy and walk away feeling no desire to eat it. Unfortunately, in August I gave in to every temptation. I also was not exercising because frankly, exercising is boring. My exercise bike, which I faithfully rode every night, collected dust over the summer because it was in a non-airconditioned room in my house. However, all the excuses are gone. I've come back to school and my routines are becoming re-established.
My goals for October are as follows:
1. lose 5 pounds
2. Get on the bike 5 nights a week
3. eat no unhealthy sweets
4. Find at least one geocache a week
5. Give my wife the attention she needs
If I complete these goals I feel I will be back on track and happy as can be.
