Not so great today...

Ok so i am not doing as well with the morning workouts as a few weeks ago. This morning I slept in again. So tired lately.
The problem is that last week I didn't have to work so I could sleep in and get a good workout in later in the morning. This week it is back to normal an I am having a had time motivating myself.
I will exercise before bed, but I hate doing that because that is my tie to unwind.
Will try harder next week.
