Looking for Answers, Hair

I am not sure what a good/ healthy food plan looks like for me. I eat as best as I can then track it on here only to see that it was low in the very things I wanted more of. Things like iron, protein, vit.E and D. My hair is still falling out and after 3 months on "hair vitamins" I am still not happy. I am on a small dose of thyroid meds that my doctor thought might help with my hair loss, but it's been about 2 years on that and no improvement. Most important to me no weight loss either.
I will not give up! I will keep looking for answers. I do love this SP site. I want to use more of what they have here to find out what works for people . I will try it all, till I get to what works. I am only sorry that it is taking up so much of my time. My husband thinks I spend too much time on SP. I just don't know :(

    Don't give up!! Have you tried doing a Google search for foods that are rich in the vitamins you want to eat more of? I don't know how long you've been a member of SP but I just read an article this morning that said that people who are active in the SP Community have better results. That's a great reason to keep blogging and plugging away.

    But maybe find some time in the morning so it won't get in the way of the time that you spend with your husband? Or explain to him why it's so important that you take this time for yourself right now.
