Happy Birthday to me! I can't say I have discovered all the secrets to life yet, but I sure feel like I am making some progress. Exercise and movement are what our bodies are made to do. If I deprive my body of activity, I feel worse mentally and physically. Without exercise, I am crabbier and more anxious. This may not sound to profound but to many couch potatoes the idea that walking or taking a couple exercise classes per week could improve an entire life-that's major stuff. If you haven't done it yet- find a friend (that's accountability) and take a walk or start taking a class. I hope your year is happier and healthier too!
