October Goals

So I'm a little late getting my October goals posted.....

1. Exercise 250 minutes per week.
2. Yoga at least 3 times per week.
3. Finish curriculum for Intermediate Photo class that I'll be teaching.
4. Try 2 new sparkpeople recipes per week.
5. Try to get 8 hours of sleep at least 4 nights per week.

    Hi there fellow New Englander - congratulations on recently reaching the 160's! I noticed that one of your goals involves teaching a photo class - where and when? I'd be interested in seeing your syllabus and recommended texts! Got a dslr earlier this year and another sparker inspired me to dig it out of the closet this past week. I should include getting acquainted with it in my October goals!

    I'm also in the sp healthy cooking challenge. It's taking me a long time just to complete week 1 goals. Doing a serious kitchen overhaul, creating a master grocery list on computer, preplanning a week's menus, etc. Thatsalotta prep that, once done, will be incredibly helpful. That's going on the goal list again this week so I can pick away at it some more...
