So after a 70 pould weight gain, and a summer on the couch, crap tons of medical tests, etc. I'm back. My thyroid numbers were up - thank God there's a pill!!! No tumors. A change of medication and I am feeling better. Tomorrow will be a week.

I actually did a workout DVD today. This has GOT to be the turn around. i KNOW how to do it. I've DONE it. I'm sick & tired of being sick and tired.

So this is day one...AGAIN. Let's tally it up:

Weight: 230 pounds (that was a week ago - I'm not getting on the scale until Friday mornings like the old days)

Size: Moving into 20s from 18s (and I was down to a 10 DAMN!)

Medications: 4 (Depression, thyroid, heartburn, sleep) Oh FIVE counting the asthma inhaler (which I never had before but has apparently come about thanks to all the extra weight and my old smoking habit - 5 years smoke free this past Sept. 5th BTW)

Attitude: Hopeful & optomistic!

    Hey could you share you plan of the 3 hour diet... I just saw one on rachel ray. I was looking for more info on WW too. I dont' have the money to spend on joining, but would like recipes or how to count the points. Care to share?

    Looks like we have some things in common. 3 kids in a big range of space and plenty to lose.

    Would love to hear how you did it before.

    Sorry you've been so sick, but good job on doing the DVD. Make yourself a plan and stick to it as best you can, YOU are a priority! Your health is a priority.

    Glad to see you have an optimistic attitude. Positive is the way to heath (negative just doesn't work for me).
