I Think I'm Getting It Now, Finally!!

Tuesday, October 05, 2010

Today I have been thinking about the whole Sparkpeople experience and I think for the first time I realize the importance of following each step of the process. Signing in each day, very important you get a chance to see what's going on the news, the blogs, the groups, time to connect. Flowing an eating program that is safe, nutritious, and satisfying and making sure your not eating to much or two little, this is where I don't do well. I think I have to starve myself in order to lose, not true! Drinking my eight glasses of water a day, this is for flushing out fat and impurities in my system and also hydrating my body, very important! Exercising each day the best way that I can, some days I can only do it sitting down, but that's better then not doing anything at all. I have arthritis in my fingers, knees, lower back and shoulders. The exercise is good for helping me to have more ease of motion each day and to help shed off some of those excessive pounds. The importance of making friends, very important in the journey, you can't and shouldn't try to do it alone. We are social beings and we need each other's help and love. I was a terrible loner that last time I tried Sparkpeople and you have to get in there and make friends, this is most important to your success. I know I can do it, I have to do and most importantly I will lose this weight!
Here's another reason I want to be around for a long time for this sweet man, my number one love.
