Monday 10/4 Goals Met

-1460 calories, not too shabby - and, I'm not starving either.
-Tried Barre3 class tonight with friends. It was a challenge in a new way - I would try it again for sure.
-Shredded this morning with JM for a great start to my day
-Tracked everything I ate and even pre-tracked, which was a great way for me to feel better about what I was eating and not worry about going over on my calories. It was almost like a bonus to realize that I still had food tracked that I hadn't eaten and know that I could have had it if I wanted it, but wasn't hungry for it, so I could take it off the tracker!
Could have done better on limiting my sugar intake. I didn't really need the chocolate chips with my almonds this afternoon, but it was a nice treat. I noticed that I eat a lot of fructose (fruit sugar) and wonder if this could be an easy swap for me to switch in vegetables instead of the fruits and cut down on my sugar intake that way.
Definitely feeling better today and doing the work. :0)
