well today is weigh in day and i lost .6 this last week. not a lot but every lil bit gets me closer to my goal. i start tomarrow doing some strength training.. I am soon going to be juggling so much and going to be stretched to the maximum load.. i am really really not looking forward to being away from my lil girl.. and being so busy...my heart breaks about that thought... we will make it.. anyway i'm slowly losing weight, and getting into a groove. anyway not sure what to write...so i'm out for now..
