Having a Hard Time

Since I was sick for a week I have been having a hard time getting back on the bandwagon. I took a week off, then did P90X for a few days (not full work outs because I was still sick), then just got sick all over again for a couple days.
Then this last week I had no time to do P90X. I know, I know, that is just an excuse, but I just had so many projects going on at work and cleaning that desperately needed to get done that I just called it a wash. So this week I'm starting back up P90X with a twist though.
I like the order of the exercises, but some workouts make is VERY difficult to function at martial arts (like Legs and Back right before having to throw fifty or so odd kicks, not fun). So, I'm starting my week with KenpoX tonight. That means on martial arts days I will have Chest and Back or Arms and Shoulders which is completely doable, then Plyometrics on Wednesday, YogaX on Friday, and Legs/Back on Saturdays with either StretchX on Sundays or just taking the day off (I mean it IS football season). I feel way better about this and can't wait to get back to my daily indulgence of Tony.
Oh and I was tired of only having the super strong band or the super light band for my arms/shoulder exercises (because my medium one broke, but it was the one I used most often), so I bought a super set of bands off Amazon called Bodylastics. I am very impressed with them so far and hope they last me long than two weeks this time!
