okay I had a moment of panic when I added up all the calories I ate today!!! Can I just say that I learned the hard way that curly fries are not good enough to be worth ALL THOSE CALORIES!!! But instead of giving in and going ahead and really screwing up the rest of the day, I sat and mapped out a plan for tomorrow and saw ahead of time where my calories will be spent. Now I'm going to sleep well knowing there's another day ahead tomorrow and I know I'll do better... This site rocks!
