Day 3, October Challenge and Still Going Strong

I put on a new workout outfit today to celebrate logging my food carefully. So far, so good, 3 days into my Oct challenge.
I have another week to go before my husband gets back from his trip and I have only myself to look out for. I miss him, but it is so good to get the things done that i have been putting off in the house. And meals are whatever I decide to make, not what he likes too.
Just me and my kitty, here enjoying the solitude. I am starting to talk to the cat, so I need to go to the gym tomorrow for a spinning class and talk to somebody who can talk back.
