October Goals

1. Exercise minimum 1000 kcal/week
2. Hydrate daily
3. Plan lunches instead of eating out during work (goal is 80% of the time)
4. Increase vegetable intake. More than 2/day will be a significant improvement. Shooting for 5.
5. Do weights 3x/wk.
