Good Morning From AngelWisdom52 I would like to inform everyone that again I am still very new at this, and would like to take advantage of the learning process. I have not been able to take advantage of all features do to my computer issues, in which I had to resolve... I think everything is running properly now. So, I ask anyone for suggestions on learning the in's and the out's of this whole process. In advance I thank anyone who has the patience, and kindnes and the time to deal with me...     You know what? Coffee has less caffeine than regular tea, so if you like coffee better, why not just drink coffee? If you want to have less caffeine, than switch to herbal tea. I love herbal tea, and there are so many varieties. You have a lot to choose from. If you keep trying different herbal tea, you will find some that you like, even love!

    I'm sorry about your computer problems. Could you tell us what is happening that wasn't before? Maybe that would help us figure it out with you. I can't look up your problem if I don't know anything about it.

    dear oscar007 thank you so much for your suggestions, i appreciate them very much.. i drink a great deal of water, i do however, have my coffee in the morning, and now down to a small cup in mid afternoon, which that one i am weaningmyself off of and hopefully repalce with tea, (p.s), although, even having tea today is hard for me my pregnancies with 3 girls who are now 2 married 1 college i could not drink tea, just the thought makes me sick, lol although, cold tea if fine. I do power walk i purchased easy tone sneakeres, i exercise now at home due to curves shutting down. again sir i thank u kindly ann marie

    good morning all i am sorry that i have not really done anything on this site yet. to prove myself or really see how it works, i have been having issues since i upgraded to windows7 and still cannot resolve them. i am becoming more of a tech. than trying to learn so, with my all do apologies i am in the same boat... still not fixed and so tired of this any advice would be most grateful. i was running premium vista before i was advised to use windows7. thanks ann marie angelwisdom2857.

    One step at a time. Use the one thing/ team you need most for one week, than maybe add another etc. Learn one thing at a time and don't overwhelm yourself.

    I use the nutrition guild a lot. It has ways to help you if you work with it, it took me some time. I manually enter my foods that someone else didnt add correctly or at all.
    Tracking foods is the most important . I eat a mix of fresh and frozen vegetables i steam/broil in a pan on my stove with some garlic crushed and onion and cumin. I eat 2 cups for lunch and dinner then waite a little bit and have something else. That helps me to eat a whole lot less calories and eat plenty of veges too. Everyone figures out their own tricks to losing and maintaining however and yours is for you to find.
    Blog - For me I blog when I used to piece or snack it helps a ton.
    Juice or water - I drink my 8 glasses (most times barely) and sip juice instead of pop diet or otherwise its proven to be harmful to our bodies.
    Teams : Teams rule but find a active one ..then join 5 or even more to help you. I like Challenge ones . For example I am enjoying my newest team : Challenge plus motivation = weight loss.
    Exercising is like a boost for you also even 5 minutes walking around the house or going upstairs and back down 2 times will increase your heart rate for 30 minutes or more(no expert) witch in turn will help you burn more calories thus lose more over time.
